Kadai Paneer

 250gm paneer (cut into long pieces)
 3 capsicum (cut into long pieces)
 4 onions (lengthwise chopped)
 4 tomatoes
 1 piece ginger
 1/2  tsp red chilli powder
 2 cloves
 1 piece of cinnamon
 Salt to taste
 3 tbsp ghee

Heat ghee in a frying pan, add jeera, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon then add onion, saute till it becomes brown , then add tomato paste and ginger garlic paste, cook till ghee becomes to separate. Then add paneer and capsicum into it, cook for 5 to 7 minutes .Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
