Ingredients:-
250gm grated paneer
3 onions chopped
2 tomato chopped
3 green chillies chopped
1 piece of ginger grated
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp tomato sauce
Chopped coriander
PROCEDURE:-
Heat pan, pour oil in it once it gets heated add jeera when it starts becomes splutter then add chopped green chillies, ginger, onions, saute till it becomes brown. Now, add chopped tomato and saute for 5 mins. Then add red chilli powder, salt and grated paneer, mix well. After this add 1 tbsp tomato sauce, stir properly. Now your dish is ready. Garnish your dish with chopped coriander. Serve hot with khasta paratha.
