Paneer Chaat

      For 6 to 8 servings
     500gm paneer
     500gm small potatoes
     1 piece of ginger grated
     6 green chillis chopped
     1 tbsp lemon juice
     6 tbsp oil
     2 tbsp chaat masala
     1 tsp bhuna jeera
     Salt to taste
     Chopped coriander

 Cut paneer and potatoes in cubes.
 Roast cubes of potato and paneer by applying little oil in a frying pan until it becomes light brown. Now, remove paneer and potatoes. Saute green chillies, ginger and onion in a frying pan. After this add mix roasted paneer and potatoes into it.  Mix well, add salt, chaat masala, bhuna jeera and lemon juice. Stir  properly. Garnish with chopped coriander and mint. Serve hot.
