Mutter Paneer

     250gm paneer (cut in cubes soak in hot water for 15mins)
     200gm peas boiled
     200gm chopped onion
     1 cup tomato puree
     1 tsp jeera
     4 green chillies chopped
     1 tbsp ginger, garlic paste
     ½ tsp red chilli powder
     2 pinch garam masala
     Salt to taste
     2 tbsp oil
     1 tbsp cream

Take a pan pour oil and heat, add jeera when jeera starts splutter add chopped onion
And sauté until they becomes brown. Now, add the chopped green chilli and paste of ginger, garlic mix well and let it cook for 2 mins. After, 2mins add ½ tsp red chilli powder, tomato puree and peas stir all this properly, cook for 5mins. When oil becomes to separate, add 2 cup of water, salt to taste and paneer mix well, boil for 5 mins, then add cream and 2 pinch of garam masala, stir properly.  Now, take out your dish in a bowl, garnish with cream and coriander. Serve hot.
